SUPER SLOW PROJECT / books / 2025.
As a designer, imagining new objects sometimes requires a rupture, a new paradigm.
Here, the starting point is the mastery of renewable energies in a post-oil era. Speed and power become secondary factors and efficiency is the ultimate goal.
A new aesthetic must then be explored — the aesthetic of slowness.
This is the SUPER SLOW project.
The project is visible in a pack that contains 2 books showing land vehicles, ships and flying machines designs drawn by hand.
Most of the vehicles have been designed between 2008 and 2025. Some ideas and concepts are from late 1990s.
